SMS Messaging Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Agile Plan Group ("We," "Us," "Our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through our SMS text messaging services, including our SMS Notify product.
1. Information We Collect
When you opt in to our SMS messaging Service, we collect your mobile phone number. In connection with sending and receiving text messages, we may also collect the content of messages you send to us, the date and time of messages, and information about your mobile device and carrier.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you support-related text messages, including ticket updates, appointment reminders, and service notifications
- Respond to your replies and inquiries received via SMS
- Process opt-out requests
- Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes
- Improve our services and customer experience

We use Twilio, a third-party communications platform, to send and receive SMS messages on our behalf. Twilio processes your phone number and message content solely for the purpose of delivering messages. Twilio's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
We may also use cloud infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services) to process and route messages. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
5. Data Retention
We retain phone-to-ticket mapping data for up to 30 days to enable SMS reply routing. Event logs (such as opt-out records and delivery confirmations) are retained for up to 90 days. After these periods, data is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us at support@agileplangroup.com.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and secure storage with access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP
- Request information about the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Contact us with any privacy-related concerns
8. Opt-In and Opt-Out
Participation in our SMS messaging Service is voluntary. You opt in by providing your phone number through our support platform or by texting our designated number. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our other services. We do not require SMS opt-in as a condition of any purchase or service.
9. Children's Privacy
Our SMS messaging Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
